With 18 years of experience in production printing, I have been directly involved in every aspect of the industry. As the owner of Color Craze Printing, I was responsible for facilitating and upholding our impeccable reputation for providing the highest quality printing and customer service. Orders were completed on time with the ultimate in accuracy and color management. As an expert in variable data printing, I was responsible for thousands of direct mail campaigns to customers all over the world. I am a consultive, relationship-based salesperson. My end goal is to ensure that every customer has the products and services they need now while also acquiring what they will need to grow. I have been on the other side of the desk, so to speak, so I’m very familiar and in tune with the customer’s pain points and mindset. While it is always important to win the customer, it is just as important to be able to keep the customer. During my time as a business owner, I only bought from those who were willing to go on the purchasing journey with me rather than just trying to make a quick sale.
