I'm an Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of engineering experience in the Defense, Automotive and Energy Industries. Areas of expertise include: Defense Industry: the design and production of automated electronic test equipment for F-18 fighter jets; Automotive Industry: managing an automotive vibration test lab and SME on all test equipment; specifying the equipment required to validate compliance to OEM test requirements, 13 years of project management experience launching high volume Class A production parts for Ford, GM, Mitsubishi, Toyota and Honda motor companies. Engineering rep to OEM plants. Responsible for teaching manufacturing personnel how to run test equipment and interpret results. Same for OEM engineers. SME on working with most OEM processes. Energy industry: 13 years of working on quality processes for Ameren including 7 years of auditing energy centers for compliance to QMS and 6 years of auditing suppliers for compliance to their Quality Programs. ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor certified. Created, updated and help implement Ameren's Supplier Quality Audit process. Regularly completed on-site audits of supplier manufacturing facilities. 4+ year of experience working on project procurement team as procurement lead on Ameren's smart grid projects – Ameren Mo and AIC. Currently working with Generation fleet on CTG upgrades. Main projects are Private LTE in Mo and Ill; AIC's smart grid project and Audrains CTG project.
