About Brian Timmons

I began my career at Rowdy Pipeline a division of Agave Energy in 2008 as a measurement technician. I worked to strengthen my understanding of the gas measurement field. Educating myself in State and Federal regulations as well as the standards of ANSI and AGA this allowed me opportunities to advance in Rowdy Pipeline. I was promoted to lead measurement technician in 2010. I was the point of contact for Federal and State agencies with regards to compliance of regulations for Rowdy Pipeline and Yates Petroleum in the Powder River Basin. I managed as many as twelve men in the measurement department for Rowdy Pipeline from 2014 to 2016. I then was promoted to Measurement Supervisor after the acquisition of Rowdy Pipeline LLC by Evolution Midstream in the summer of 2016. The role of Measurement Supervisor began with bringing our editing and auditing software in-house. I directed and implemented the purchase of Quorum Software. A multi-faceted management software that included PGAS, Tech Tools, QQM, Insuite, and TIPS. In 2018 Rowdy Pipeline added a liquid extraction plant. I was responsible for the building and implementation of the balance from wellhead to tailpipe of the Rowdy Pipeline system in the Powder River Basin until currently.
