About Brian Toleafoa Ioane

I have been in the hospitality industry for a few years now. I started off washing dishes and peeling spuds before advancing through the ranks and ending up in chef whites holding my own during service. Before long, my bubbly and outgoing personality landed me in front of house. From a glassy & waiter to head bartender and bar manager. I have done it all. The past 5 years have seen me in the security sector. A challenging yet insightful role. My position within the company allowed me to deal with such things as security management plans, event management plans, health and safety. Also the procurement of new & potential staff. My people skills and leadership speaks for itself. I would never ask anyone to do something that I have never done or would do myself personally. I believe in leading in the front, being a leader more than a boss. The organizational skills I have acquired over the past few years have allowed me to be efficient, effective and approachable.
