An exceptionally organised and goal oriented projects manager with proffessional value and 5 years of successful experience working in projects management in institutions, organisations and pojects while practicing intergrity of the highest order. My proffessional history with accomplishments are summarised here under. July 2021 to date. Project Coordinator, Digital Literacy Toolkit and Training Pilot Testing Project- UNCDF and Hive Colab.In this initiative, I contribute towards scheduling project field activities, onboarding different anchor partners for a successful project implementation, engaging different stakeholders,effectively planning and coordinating project tasks and resources, assessment of potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop solutions, tracking project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time and also monitor project schedules regularly to identify where there are delay and where improvement is needed. July 2017 to August 2020: Bus Coordinator and facilitator for the Mobile STEM Bus - U.S Embassy Uganda Mission and Hive Colab where the project was one of the best projects in Uganda by the U.S.Embassy supported in preparing curriculums for different hubs with Hub facilitators, coordination of onsite resources both internal and external,communicate to the Embassy about the Bus schedule and statistics of the attendees.prepare Bus schedules and budgets for the field work and also prepare and submission of weekly and monthly pogress reports. National Master Trainer of the Competent based Entrepreneurship curriculum with Education Development Centre, Rwanda Education Board, and Akazi Kanoze Youth Livelihood Project (July 2016 to December, 2016). Work Readiness Youth Livelihood Trainers’ and participants’ Manual Content Developer with Akazi Kanoze and Education Development Centre Rwanda (January to April 2016). National Curriculum developer (March 2015 to December 2015) for Entrepreneurship education with National Curriculum Development Centre in Rwanda. The project was aimed at developing competent based curriculum as well as working towards horizontal and vertical integration of the curriculum to suit needs of different academic disciplines in Rwanda. Project officer (8th July – 20th 2014). With UNIDO on developing case studies that focus on methodology and delivery of entrepreneurship Education in Rwandan Schools.
