About Brian Tuohy

As a Director of Flight Operations and NPFO at FLEXJET International, I oversee the operational and commercial aspects of a leading provider of worldwide aviation services. I have more than 25 years experience in the aviation industry, holding various roles as Airline and Corporate captain, TRI/TRE, type rating instructor and examiner, crew resource management instructor, and an English language assessor. I hold an IAA ATPL, UK CAA ATPL, and a UAE ATPL, as well as a Masters in professional practice, a BSc in Aviation Technology, a BA in International Business and Management, and Professional Diplomas in Airworthiness Management, sustainable work and Strategic leadership. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and a board member of the Irish Business and General Aviation Association. In addition to my flight operations responsibilities, I am also passionate about electric vehicle technology and future technology. I am currently studying Corporate Aviation Finance in the University of Limerick. I am also interested in UAV operations and how they can enhance the aviation sector and other industries. My mission is to leverage my expertise and skills to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the aviation and transportation fields.
