About Brian Twedt

I am a proud Air Force Veteran and experienced self-motivating manager of 9 years. My background is largely focused in finance, policy and procedure, compliance, and front line staff training. I attribute much of my professional success to my ability to harness the talents of the teams I have been fortunate to lead. Grooming them, and watching them grow within their roles and be able to take on new and higher level opportunities has been the most rewarding part of my leadership experience. Armed with excellent written and verbal communication skills I have been very successful in calibrating my team to the broader strategic plan of my organization. I strive to foster an environment that breeds high morale, inclusion, and leverage of unique individual strengths. I am naturally detail-orientated with a business mindset. I have developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities and creating solutions to align my area of the business more closely with strategic priorities of the broader organization. Adhesion to my core values, a strong internal drive to succeed and seasoned critical thinking / problem solving skills, have lead to many milestones in my career. My passion is continuing to learn and striving to make a difference while continuing to grow. Nothing is better than a new challenge that will stretch my skill set!
