Background
About Brian Udengaard
R&D director with a commercial mindset. Focused on material development (special focus on polymers) and especially how sustainability sets the direction for new material development I have a customer-oriented mindset and enjoy working closely with customers/suppliers – I like to be open and focused in the joint projects, together with a desire to deliver high quality work – I have succeeded creating several close partnerships with customers and suppliers worldwide. In my work as R&D Director I am responsible for a group that is handling new innovative, as well as customer-oriented development. It's important for me to ensure that Fibertex are always focusing on the right projects, to ensure that Fibertex continuously are an attractive R&D partner for joint developments. I find good energy in bringing new ideas into projects as, well as develop them to see them get commercialized. Also I am the type who wants to know why and how things work, which often helps me understand new things faster.
