I take pride in bringing to the table my 10+ years of experience delivering top-quality patient care in retail pharmacy. I leverage my pharmacology and pharmacy operations management proficiency to meet physicians' requirements and achieve optimal results. Here are some of my career highlights: • Designing and utilizing a training program for Pharmacy Managers and Staff Pharmacists to drive quality service levels, optimize efficiency, and facilitate continuous process improvements. • Spearheading a 90-day supply and adherence pilot program being applied in 2+ regions that reduce operational costs. • Constructing and executing a staff schedule rotation model that boosts the pharmacy's operational productivity.
