With over fifteen years of experience in engineering, product development and sourcing, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver innovative and high-quality products for BowFlex Inc. As the Sr. Manager of Engineering and Strategic Sourcing, I oversee the design, development, testing, and sourcing of fitness equipment, working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and I apply the principles and tools of continuous improvement and corrective actions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality. I also have strong skills in electromechanical engineering, project management, and supplier relationship management. My mission is to create value for the company and the customers by leveraging my expertise, experience, and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
