About Brian Vershum

While assisting customers that are looking for a new phone, I position products and services that I believe will help improve their life. I discover, relate and empathize, then offer solutions to problems they might have. I like to be thorough and find the best price possible for my customers, using promotions, and finding discounts; and offering things that most aren’t even aware of. I cold call small businesses and write quotes for Service, and often find monthly savings or much better plans for businesses that I setup or review. I help develop my coworkers, and participate in leadership calls and product specific sales groups. I assist others with product demonstrations and troubleshooting system errors. I have been through Verizon’s Emerging Leaders program 2018 and remain in the top 5% of Solutions Specialists for the majority of my time in this position. Still not sure what I will do next.
