I am a senior executive with 3 years experience in small non-profits, and over 15 years experience in B2B management including P&L responsibility, operations, and technical sales. The ability to grow and develop community based non-profits that have a direct impact within our communities is a very rewarding experience. I enjoy the ability to leverage my industrial experience and apply these principles within the non-profit sector with a continuous focus on performance. I attribute my success to my ability to connect with people, both employees and customers which draws from my strong sense of core values and sense of community. Success is seldom created from one individual, but rather a strong team that is focused on achieving the same goals. Building consensus with teams to develop and execute strategies and develop strong culture is a key of focus. As a General Manager I have led the sales and operations of our company through a period of rapid growth. This included strategic development and execution. My role included travel to North and South America, Asia, Australia, and Europe to develop and grow sales. I am always looking for great opportunities to help non-profits and businesses grow.
