I’m passionate about safeguarding financial security and making a meaningful impact through fraud prevention. At Credit Sesame, I leverage advanced fraud detection tools to identify suspicious activity and protect customers from financial crimes. My journey began as a KYC/AML Analyst, where I reviewed 100+ client documents to ensure regulatory compliance—an experience that sharpened my analytical skills and deepened my expertise in risk management. Prior to fraud prevention, I developed strong customer service skills as a Member Care Specialist at Credit Sesame, handling 30+ daily interactions with a focus on empathy, trust, and problem-solving. My ability to connect with people also extends to event management, where I helped coordinate major activations at MLSE, including Toronto Raptors championship celebrations. These experiences reinforced my belief in teamwork and the power of creating engaging, community-driven experiences. Beyond my professional work, I’m passionate about youth development through sports. As a Child Sports Instructor at YMCA Toronto, I designed fun and educational programs for kids aged 3-16, emphasizing mentorship, safety, and skill-building.
