I am interested in applying my strong analytic and qualitative skills from my mathematical and technology background. I am a believer of technology use to automate and make tasks as efficient as much as possible (AutoHotkey, macro pads, etc.) and practice that in my personal life as well. For example, I am entirely paperless and I am particularly fascinated in the concepts in The Toyota Way for continuous improvement. We’ve heard of work smarter, not harder, but why not smarter AND harder? The following are my experiences with technology: • 8 years of ASP.NET development with C# • 7 years experience in Java design and development (J2ME, J2SE, J2EE) • 15 years experience in database development (MySQL, MS SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, MS Access) • 5 years experience in project integration, deployment at client sites, and non-technical client face-to-face interaction • 10+ years in server side technologies (Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL, Apache Tomcat, Wickets, Ajax, Maven, SOAP) • 10+ years in web design and development (Wicket, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS) Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness and physical development as well as activities that involve digital technology like video production. DaVinci Resolve Studio is my NLE of choice.
