About Brian Wall

Brian Wall, PharmD, CAE is Senior Director of Executive Office, Governance, & Foundation Programs with the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and American Pharmacists Association Foundation (APhAF). In this role, Wall coordinates APhA Executive Office activities as part of APhA’s executive leadership team and provides direct staff support to the Boards and various committees of APhA and APhAF. Wall also coordinates elements of strategic planning for both organizations and is responsible for managing the executive office budget. Wall leads a team of three staff and serves as the primary preceptor for the APhAF Executive Fellowship in Association Management. Wall is a purpose driven association staff leader who enjoys guiding volunteer leaders' vision into reality, through the power of non-profit associations. Prior to his current position, Wall served in governance roles with APhA, managed federal grants, and completed the Executive Residency in Association Management & Leadership with the APhAF from 2014-2015. Wall earned his Certified Association Executive credential in 2023 and Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 2014. When not working, Wall enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with family.
