As the headline states I'm Father first for my family. Then I coach, not only my kids sports, but my team and many others that I come in contact with, in addition to building a financial coaching practice to help people plan for their dreams. I serve my company and my team as a leader with a focus on strategy and execution. 22 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson across multiple positions of increasing responsibilities and operating companies (Consumer, Infrastructure, Security, Supply Chain and Medical Devices) throughout the organization. Currently serving as a Business Technology Leader for Depuy Synthes US driving the technology strategy and portfolio. Information Technology Leader on the North America Commercial, Global Joint Reconstruction and Power & Service Care Leadership teams. Leading the way to move the company towards a digital approach, leading the change towards true Customer Relationship Management capabilities and other strategic initiatives. Aligning technical plans with the customer journey, delivering value back to the business through improved revenue streams, targeted and intelligent selling, reduced operating expenses and delivering capabilities using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) I hold an M.B.A from Lehigh University, and a Bachelors from Fairmont State University in Finance. Despite no formal technical degree, I've proven a deep knowledge of technology with a keen aptitude for learning through any means. In addition, I'm a certified Project Manager (PMP), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management Certified and ITIL v3 certified.
