Ability to create and implement detailed long-term development plans to support business objectives. Experienced in managing large diverse teams across a large geographic region. Management and responsibility for multiple large scale refurbishment / development projects. Extensive experience of budget & resource management, cost control & sales driven to exceed budgetary profitability expectations. Self motivated and used to working both independently and leading simultaneous teams. Substantial experience of managing large office based teams and diverse multi-site, multi-layered field teams across a large geographical area. Ability to set personal, team and regional aims and targets to meet strategic objectives and KPI achievement, leading by example with a passion for coaching and mentoring others to achieve their own objectives through a collaborative approach. Ability to engage, motivate and encourage others through positive change. Experienced in developing best practice protocols to manage and exceed minimum standards e.g. H&S / housekeeping. Good interpersonal skills developing long term relationships with internal stakeholders being the link between field teams and business support functions also representing the organisation with external stakeholders.
