As a lead IT consultant with a continuing desire to take on new challenges over the last 15 years has resulted in vast experiences and developing increased technical knowledge in the design, implementation and overall support of IT solutions. Using strong communication and leadership to develop and train teams and individuals to effectively identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues has resulted in decreased down time in rapidly changing and growing environments. Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing architectural standards using various tools has resulted in developing and presenting solution designs that meet or exceed the client’s requirements and expectations. Using project management skills to effectively develop and manage project plans, identifying and managing risk while leading a team through various IT infrastructure implementations has resulted in project completions in time and on or under budget. As a mentor, guiding individuals in their professional development has increased the overall effectiveness of the IT support team.
