About Brian Wilcox

Human Resources is more than legal compliance and adherence to policies. My constant goal is to provide a real connection with co-worker customers that translates over time to personal and employment-related growth. HR doesn't have to be the boogeyman of the workplace, and can present things in a way that are rational and fair, even if it's not always the preference of everyone involved. My goal working in Human Resources is to apply my knowledge and skills so that employees are aware of and understand policy, work in an environment that is safe and professional, and can come to rely on me as a caring and competent source of help when they need assistance with issues that arise. I also love to find ways to organize, streamline, and simplify things where possible and have a belief that humor and personal connections absolutely have a vital place at work.
