I am a decorated military combat veteran with over 18 years of leadership experience and a proven record of high performance. I am a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to any working environment. In my current role, I am an assistant operations manager, where I maintain quality and safety controls, oversee hiring and employee management, and support sales and customer service. In previous roles, I have led pharmaceutical warehouse operations and managed medical materials, equipment, and personnel needed to ensure the delivery of quality care to patients with a diverse set of needs. Prior to my work in the civilian medical industry, I was a combat medic, with senior leadership ranking, tasked with tactical and organizational assignments critical to day-to-day operations and special operations with the authority to make decisions and to direct personnel actions. When I am not on the job, you can find me working on my fitness, spending time outdoors, trying new hobbies, and making memories with my family.
