As the Director of Information Technology & Informatics at PromiseCare Management Services, I oversee all aspects of IT operations, from client services and infrastructure to business intelligence and cyber security. I have more than 15 years of experience in the IT field, with an MBA from the University of Southern California and a CPAS certification from the PACS Administrators Registry and Certification Association.My mission is to provide innovative and cost-effective IT solutions that meet our clients' needs and expectations, mainly primary care physicians, specialists, and radiologists. I consult with them to offer web-based and cloud solutions, strategic planning, and project leadership. I also direct the deployment of virtual environments for enterprise solutions that manage the entire revenue cycle. I am passionate about improving organizational technology and network performance, security, functionality, and training, and contributing to the success of our company and our clients. I am also a visionary and dedicated leader, who enjoys leading new product initiatives and process development, as well as mentoring and empowering my team.
