Either from playing on a junior high school basketball team as an ‘undersized’ power forward (still lead our team in rebounds), to managing a team of 25 strong personalities in a dragonboat team (resulted in multiple medal winning performances), or supervising/reviewing 3 construction job sites full time on the field for an entire calendar year (for a super high profile, tight deadline engineering project). I got the job done! I’m a passionate, respectful, decision maker and natural leader. I have extensive experience field reviewing civil engineers’ design on complex engineering projects. I’m the owner’s representative when delegating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and public. I have the ability to transform hand sketches into 3 dimensional dynamic AutoCAD drawings. I have proven track record to lead a large group and recognize top talents. My goal here is to meet new professional acquaintances and possibly team up in the near future.
