Brian Zhou is a technology industry leader, entrepreneur, and advisor. Brian's expertise is at program management of end to end product development. Solid experiences on the cloud and mixed reality technology, drive result with tight schedule, coordinate with multi disciplines, innovation on new technology, and ownership of tough delivery. Born and raised in China, educated in the US and with extensive work experience in both the US and China, Brian is a uniquely cross-cultural executive that is adept at melding the best of East and West. With over 20 years' experience, Brian is a well recognized expert in the areas of business, operation and technology fronts. During year 2007 to 2011, Brian started a journey to run startup. When I began in this role, there was considerable stress and challenge. Brian was a change agent in a situation where business needs jump start and acceleration was essential. We achieved good growth and was merged into Hisoft/Pactera later. My experience as a startup leader has likely made me a better designer of products in the future. During year 2011 till 2015, Brian has been running a sizable P&L for Pactera. This team mainly does ITS and RDS outsourcing and solution for Microsoft and other local companies. With ten years of industry experience with a focus in R&D services and relationship management and seven years of sales and account management experience working in the IT solutions/staffing industry, Brian demonstrated a track record of success with new business development and account management; aptitude to learn new things quickly combined with finance acumen and strong work ethic. Brian is a Solutions oriented sales person with outstanding customer service, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. During 2015 to 2019, Brian built up a new technology company for mixed reality with medical training. Brian worked in Microsoft for almost 9 years and has achieved solid progress and results in R&D space.
