Briana founded Business Bragger in 2008, a digital marketing company specializing in social media. Her digital savvy quickly attracted clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, & within three years, she was managing over 100 accounts. Like many high-achievers, though, Briana’s habits did not always support her lifestyle. In 2013, the frenetic pace of working without rest started to take a real toll; stressed, anxious, and facing total burn-out, she started searching for holistic ways to unplug and refocus. The results of meditation transformed her life. Looking around, Briana saw other fantastic entrepreneurs and business professionals who are overwhelmed and burning out. Briana works both in person and virtually as a Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, guiding individual and corporate group clients through meditations and visualizations specially designed to address their unique challenges, resolve conflict, and increase their bandwidth. These resources enable executives and industry leaders to implement her techniques into their own training, marketing, and business plans—a real and tangible competitive differentiator.
