As the Email Marketing & CRM Manager I am focused on developing and executing omni-channel (email, web) strategies and campaigns to optimize acquisition, retention and communication to new and existing customers. Data protection plays a huge role in the success of emailing. Email revenue grew by 157% in my first year and 205% the second. What I love about my job is that I get to utilize my strategic and creative sides all-in-one. Prior to this role, I was the Graphic Designer at Boveda. During that position I helped the company establish brand guidelines and produce cohesive designs across multiple forms of media.
