For over three years, I’ve been part detective, part problem-solver, and part cheerleader - resolving conflicts, safeguarding accounts, and ensuring members can focus on building connections without worrying about their security. I believe empathy isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s a strategy. And I use it daily to turn tense situations into positive outcomes. Before I stepped into the tech world, I spent years as a dance teacher. I was juggling choreography, music, and the occasional tutu emergency. That experience sharpened my multitasking skills, my creativity, and my ability to communicate with all kinds of personalities (skills I now use in every member interaction).
