As a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) with extensive experience in both vascular and echocardiographic imaging, I am dedicated to providing high-quality diagnostic services in both hospital and outpatient settings. My career, which spans over a decade, reflects my commitment to patient care, precision in diagnostic imaging, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Currently, I serve as a Travel Cardiac Sonographer, where I have had the opportunity to work at esteemed institutions such as UPMC in Erie, PA, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. My role involves performing echocardiograms using advanced imaging techniques, assisting cardiologists during transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) procedures, and providing preliminary reports to support clinical decision-making. During my tenure at Nuvance Health's Danbury Hospital, I was entrusted with both inpatient and outpatient services, and I actively contributed to the training of new echo students and cardiology fellows. My expertise includes using state-of-the-art equipment such as GE Vivid E9, GE Logiq S7, and Philips Epiq 7, as well as administering contrast agents like Definity for enhanced imaging. At Crystal Run Healthcare, I honed my skills in vascular ultrasound and played a crucial role in assisting vascular surgeons with ultrasound-guided procedures. I also have experience in phlebotomy, EKG, Holter monitoring, and IV insertion, which has broadened my clinical capabilities.
