I have held several positions where interaction with customers has been an everyday occurrence. I have several years of office and managerial experience including Microsoft Office, Google Suite and managing my own team. My dealings with customer services have enabled me to create a positive attitude and an enthusiasm for quality. My work experience has given me a strong grasp on the services industry. For the past decade, I have worked in Early Childhood Education, fulfilling my passion of assisting with an important part of a child’s life – their education. My experience working in both an office and classroom settings have given me the knowledge, patience, and communication skills needed to return to the professional field. I am detail-oriented, well organized, and able to multitask in high stress situations.
