As a dedicated education professional, I thrive best in a role where I can use my creativity and innovation to problem solve and expedite processes. I am at my peak in positions where I am faced with new challenges and opportunities to grow with continued support from supervisors and mentors. I excel at creating warm working relationships with the people I meet and am always looking to grow my network. My experience in various public education institutions working with student from grades Pre-K through post-secondary has given me insight into understanding the role of both Student Learning Theory and Adult Learning Theory to create the best experience for the people I serve. I have a multitude of expertise in project management, process development, and training, with experience in developing proficiency in multiple software platforms and creating user enablement documentation. Because of my unique background and experiences, I am confident that I will bring a valuable perspective and role to any team.
