About Brianna Wolf

Hello! I am Brianna Wolf. I have always known that I wanted to pursue Biology ever since I was a child. Since then, my love and passion for it has only grown. That passion has expanded to include Chemistry as well leading me on to study Biochemistry. I am currently attending Los Medanos Community College in Pittsburg, CA full-time and plan to transfer to UC Davis in Fall 25 to get my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. I then will go on to attend Med School to become a Dermatologist. I have two campus jobs at Los Medanos College, I am a Mentor for the MESA Program where I assist peers, plan events, create content for social media, and participate in outreach events. I am also a math tutor specifically for Calculus where I improve understanding and executions of my peers in their higher mathematics courses. Alongside these endeavors, I also actively participate in multiple clubs and partake in community volunteer work in my free time. I am an active member in the Women in STEM Club, Mountain Mustangs Hiking Club, and Hyphae Club. I also the treasurer for the Astronomy Club where I assist with the financial operations and do a lot of general organizational and event-planning tasks with the other officers. Alongside this position I am the Vice President for H.E.A.L. Club (a Pre-Med club) where I am responsible for many organizational tasks and recruitment events. I am a very motivated student who is open to gaining experience and exploring my own career interests as well as potential hobbies of mine. I find it extremely important to be engaged and involved with my community and assist in every way I possibly can.
