And I find this to be a profoundly rewarding experience to help others navigate their journeys, shining a light on possibilities they may not yet see. I’m truly motivated by the power of connection, the courage of authenticity, and the brilliance that emerges when we truly show up for each other. I have over a decade of experience in DEI strategy, leadership development, program management, person-centered practices and strategic administrative support. Some of my notable accomplishments are: • Led organization-wide DEI initiatives for over employees, integrating equity into operations, recruitment, and community engagement. • Delivered over 200+ hours annually of DEI training, seminars, and workshops, fostering inclusive workplace cultures. • Directed diversity conferences achieving a 191% increase in participation over three years. • Managed planning, logistics, and run of show, for annual diversity conference which resulted in 191% participation increase over three years. • Successfully led anti-racism programs, led a large diversity council through a strategic redesign, and developed intercultural competency training programs. • Analyzed workforce behavior surveys and delivered insights that informed strategic leadership decisions. • Co-recipient of 2020 Hennepin County Employee Recognition Diversity & Inclusion Award, for work with Disparities reduction Communication & Engagement Team In all that I do, I aim to inspire progress, transform ideas into action, move challenges into opportunities, and build connections into lasting relationships.
