With a background in business administration and marketing, I have developed a passion for leading and developing teams in the claims industry. As a Certified ScrumMaster, I apply agile principles and practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration in fast-paced environments. In my most recent role as a Claims Orientation Supervisor at GEICO, I oversaw the onboarding, mentoring, and training of 60+ new employees, guiding them to certification through regular feedback and coaching. I also trained them on all aspects of claims, including contract analysis, liability investigations, and effective communication. Previously, I managed personnel administration, customer service strategies, and claims handling for a team of examiners, contributing to the improvement of customer satisfaction and retention rates. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability, problem-solving, and people-first leadership skills, helping my teams achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
