Wellness is great love and passion of mine. I chose a path that inspires me to practice healthy habits to revitalize my physical and mental health. Receiving my degree as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner has taught me that nourishing my body leads to living a full and vibrant life. My Yoga Instructor certificate taught me to step out of my comfort zone, commit to growth, and be true to myself. Working and learning from a corporation that thrives in leadership, has taught me to communicate with integrity, inclusivity, and curiosity. To lead with courage and know that the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure. To always encourage an entrepreneurial spirit as creativity is the tipping point to innovation and achieving great results. As a Holistic Nutritionist, I lead with a lens of compassion and understanding that "healthy living" looks different for everyone. Fueling your soul is about creating and building healthy habits that allow you to thrive. As a trusted Yoga Instructor, I rejuvenate my students by leading them through an experience of cohesive movements that are guided by music and breath. As a Manager, I support the ongoing learning and development of my team members by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance. I establish a supportive and productive relationship with my team and lead with curiosity to discover my team's individual unique contributions. I see my strengths of agility, decision making, strategic thinking, and operations through the success of my team and people.
