As VP of AI Products and Innovation at Moderna, my mission is to embed AI not just into our tools, but into our culture, amplifying the potential of our people to confidently address complex challenges and deliver impact to people through mRNA medicines. Throughout my career, I've focused on bridging technology adoption, innovation management, and corporate strategy. As Global Transformation Lead at Google Cloud, I collaborated with over 400 organizations worldwide, designing and scaling impactful AI initiatives. My experience also includes founding my own consulting firm, advising organizations at Boston Consulting Group, leading a Marketing team at L’Oréal, and authoring several books dedicated to creativity and collaborative innovation. For over a decade, I've been honored to teach business transformation at HEC Paris, where sharing practical insights with the next generation of leaders has kept me inspired and grounded. One of my greatest joys has been seeing former students apply innovative strategies to create a real-world impact of their own. Originally from France, I've had the privilege of working across five continents, shaping a leadership style that's attentive to culture differences, adaptable to fluid situations, and deeply committed to measurable results. Today, I bring my global perspective and genuine enthusiasm to Moderna, driven by a vision of harnessing AI to revolutionize life sciences and improve health outcomes worldwide.
