I am a seasoned educational leader with 15+ years of experience in K-12 administration. As such, I have consistently achieved enrollment milestones, driven budgetary stability, and built thriving school cultures centered on academic excellence. I’ve also maximized operational output through visionary leadership, collaborative decision-making, and mission-aligned resource management. Professional focal points include strategic planning and execution, financial analysis and restructuring, team development, curriculum renewal, enrollment strategy, fundraising, and educational technology integration. Delivering superior administration in these areas requires clear communication, leadership coaching, and a steadfast commitment to student-focused education. In my recent role as Head of School at Providence Christian Academy, I led a team of dedicated educators and staff with a focus on boosting collaboration, improving communication, and cultivating community engagement. I also conducted a thorough asessment of available qualitative and quantitative data and recommended key operational improvements aligned with best-practices, legal requirements, and the school's academic and spiritual mission. Currently, I’m exploring adjunct faculty roles in higher education and seeking opportunities to contribute to the next generation of educators and leaders.
