Why me?My day job is in Project Management but since going Alcohol Free in May 2020 I entered a whole new world of self development and positive change that changed my life in so many ways for the better. I then trained and qualified in Positive Psychology and Alcohol Free Coaching and now in my evenings & weekends I help others change their relationship with alcoholI originally took a 90 day break from Alcohol after my drinking levels crept up in lockdown and I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I never expected to get through the first weekend but I built my AF muscles over time and gained confidence. I discovered my menopause symptoms,huge anxiety and other health problems eased so much I carried on. I have never found a good enough reason to go back. Project / PMO/ Change/ Transformation.
