As an operational leader with a deep-rooted passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental management, I’ve developed a strong track record of optimizing large-scale operations, improving resource use, and implementing innovative solutions that drive both economic growth and environmental health. My journey began after graduating Cum Laude from Utah State University with a major in Natural Resource and Environmental Economics, where I combined my academic knowledge with practical experience in high-production agriculture. Moving to Texas post-graduation, I stepped into leadership early, managing a cattle operation and overseeing acres of pivot irrigated farmland. These experiences taught me how to balance the complexities of land management, resource allocation, and team leadership. Recently, my role as a Production Ag Account Manager with 21st Century Equipment, I brought tailored agronomy solutions to clients, consistently driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency. My role there allowed me to surpass $7M in sales while fostering strong relationships with clients through innovative technologies like John Deere Operation Center. Currently, As a Territory Manager for Halter, I will be supporting ranchers and beef production operations across the Intermountain West on their journey to implement virtual fencing practices and improve range land stewardship: & : Implementing climate-friendly practices that reduce water usage and improve rangeland health. & : Managing large-scale livestock operations to optimize soil fertility and livestock health. & : Leading diverse teams and streamlining operations to promote long-term growth and sustainability.
