About Bridget Baker

Experienced Licensed, Master Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in social services with diverse populations, children, adults and families. Skilled in advocacy, critical thinking, collaboration, facilitation, leadership, assessments, crisis management, de-escalation, communication, solution focused case management and a plethora of other skills. Some of my training includes right response, de-escalation techniques, mental health, and solution-based case work. Overall, I have approximately 5 years of supervision experience. Extensive experience in child welfare, victim advocacy, school counseling, and supervision has afforded me the opportunity to have a well-rounded perspective. Graduated from Capella University with a Master of Social Work degree in 2022 and became licensed in 2024.
