About Bridget Dattilo

I create digital experiences to solve problems for others - working throughout my career across the disciplines of graphic design, instructional design, product design, and product management. Focused in higher education and EdTech, I build products to support training and upskilling. I have 2 core beliefs around product and customer experience: 1) The customers are at the center of all I do. 2) The medium is indeed the message.(Thank you, Marshall McLuhan!) Design isn't about creating a vehicle or platform for the product. It IS the product itself. I synthesize (not just summarize) customer data and feedback. I use constraints to spark big ideas and execute them. I translate between technical teams and executive teams. I encourage my team to chart a course but also embrace uncertainty. I'm always striving to learn and improve.
