About Bridget Frederick

As a laboratory technician at QualTex Laboratories for 1.5 years, I applied my knowledge and skills in genomics, lab operations, and sample management to support the quality and efficiency of the testing services. I ensured compliance with SOPs, protocols, and safety regulations, and collaborated with other technicians and scientists to troubleshoot and resolve issues. I have a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Georgia, where I also worked as a teaching and lab assistant for 1 year. I assisted faculty in labs, monitored open lab sessions, led small study groups, and participated in lab set-up and clean-up. I also gained field experience as a field technician at Clarke, where I conducted and assisted with mosquito experiments and data collection. I am passionate about advancing life sciences and eager to learn new techniques and technologies.
