About Bridget Hammond

After graduating from the College of Saint Benedict, I began my career at Target Corporation. I spent my early years in merchandising, then transitioned into marketing where I focused on media planning and buying. I concluded my time at Target in corporate communications, crafting executive messaging and leading strategic communication plans. I later took time away from corporate to raise my children and pursue my passion for health and fitness. For over a decade, I worked as a group fitness coach and certified personal trainer across gyms, boutique studios, and through my own business offering both in-person and online coaching. In 2022, I returned to marketing in the agency world, where I’ve spent the past three years in contract roles focused on lead generation, project management, and account/client management for digital media agencies. Currently, I’m contracting as a Recruiting Sourcer for a fast-growing startup — a role that taps into my love for identifying high-potential talent and supporting organizational growth- With a foundation in marketing operations and lead generation, I bring a business development mindset to every project—whether that means optimizing a demand gen funnel, sourcing top-tier talent, or launching new projects from scratch. My experience spans corporate, agency, and entrepreneurial environments, giving me the versatility to execute, pivot, and scale. What sets me apart?
