About Bridget Keating

I’m a people-first Learning & Development professional with a big passion for creating training that’s actually useful, engaging, and (dare I say) even fun. Whether it’s helping someone nail their first day on the job or supporting leaders as they grow into their role. I love building experiences that leave people feeling confident and capable. With a background in retail, sales, logistics, operations and e-commerce. I bring a mix of practical know-how and creative energy to everything I do. I’ve worked with teams across all levels on an international scope and being fluent in both Dutch and English helps me connect easily in diverse environments. Blended learning is my happy place, whether it’s running interactive workshops, coaching one-on-one, or building e-learning that clicks. I love mixing formats to create training that actually sticks (and doesn’t feel like a chore). I’ve rolled out onboarding programs that make people feel at home from day one, supported teams with their growth journeys, and kept an eye on training or sales budgets to make sure every investment makes a real impact. I’m all about learning through real connection—creating spaces where people feel comfortable asking questions, trying things out, and figuring stuff out together. I’m the kind of person teammates come to for a chat, a bit of advice, or just someone to listen. Outside of L&D, I’ve got a soft spot for storytelling. I recently published my first children’s picture book, a little passion project that grew from my own expat experience. It’s about creating moments of comfort and connection for families living far from home, and opening up warm conversations between kids and grown-ups. Just like great learning, it’s all about feeling seen, supported, and understood.
