About Bridget Kizer

Listening goes a long way in customer service. The quickest way to solve a customer issue is to listen carefully to what they are asking for. When a customer feels that they have been heard, they begin to have a sense of trust. It is of upmost importance to me that my customers are happy and satisfied. My customers always expected and received a timely, accurate response every time. My passion is problem solving, so I will go out of my way to make sure every question is answered and every issue resolved. The devil is in the details and I will find him! IBM has challenged me to keep up with the details behind each and every deal. I enjoy analyzing spreadsheets and reports with the goal of finding the problem. I am very organized and because of that, colleagues consistently come to me to track down information that has previously been provided. If we aren’t improving, we aren’t moving forward. I strongly believe that teamwork is a great avenue for improving. When working with others, it can be easy to see an opportunity for change. I have found that success comes from embracing that opportunity and finding a way to make improvements. Even the smallest change can have a big impact.
