About Bridget Loe

I have over 18 years experience in the environmental consulting industry. I am a Professional Agrologist with the British Columbia Institute of Agrologists and have a B.Sc. Natural Resource Management Wildlife and Fisheries from UNBC and B.App.Sc Environmental Management (Honours) Reclamation and Remediation from Lakeland College. My current responsibilities include client portfolio management, scheduling field work, preparation of work plans and technical reports, review of project work, budgeting and invoicing, mentoring junior/ intermediate staff, regulatory submissions, and completion of field work. I am knowledgeable in the application of BC CSR standards for regulatory submissions to the BCER and BC ENV. My field work experience has been in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba, which included groundwater monitoring and sampling, soil characterization and sampling, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) investigations, Stage 1 and 2 Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI), installation of groundwater monitoring wells, K-testing, vertical and horizontal surveys, risk assessment, remedial excavations, field supervision of heavy equipment for construction of facilities, removal of contaminated soil and reclamation activities, flare pit investigation, spill response, surface water monitoring and sampling, installation, leak testing and sampling of soil vapour well, air monitoring and sampling and detailed site assessments/vegetation assessments. Field work completed has been for active/ decommissioned municipal landfills, industrial camp sites, upstream oil and gas plants, lease sites and pipelines, downstream gas stations, terminal storage sites and bulk plants, and decommissioned sawmills.
