Leadership skills –My current Job is a Business Analyst with First Energy Corporation; I have also worked in the customer service division and have multiple skill sets due to my 21 years of employment. My second job is a key holder position with the Shoe Show, I'm responsible for opening and closing the retail store and I have multiple job responsibilities. I was a facilitator for Restoration College international for our Monday night Bible college classes. I am currently a Deacon at Faith Church international and on the leadership team. I am also a servant of the house and have worked in several departments. I am currently a member of the local Green Co. Civic Club. I was also part of the team who put together an event called “Coffee with leadership” at First Energy. I also assisted in the creating and organizing of our “In-networking” event for professional development group. •Communication skills – Foster effective communication between working groups through timely and open dialogue. Manage complex business relationships. Provide timely and open discussion to staff on organization initiatives and updates. Support views and policies of the company and provide strategic direction to customers and employees.
