I provide a wide range of technical human resource services that support various program areas in the People Division at BC Assessment. Services include functions related to HR transactions in our HRIS system (Workday), reporting and reports management. I monitor our general email inbox and respond to a variety of employee questions related to time entry and the collective agreement, among other things. Additionally, I am currently leading the People Division Engagement Team. I am responsible for working with the Engagement Team in our division to implement an action plan aimed at increasing engagement and communicating the results to our senior leaders.
