About Bridget Mills

With more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, I have focused and specialized in the field of air quality. My expertise includes managing and actively participating in a variety of air quality studies to support environmental permits (e.g. Environmental Compliance Approvals (Air)), air quality impact assessments in support of Environmental Assessments; Aggregate Resource Act License Applications and land use compatibility studies; air emission inventories as the basis of annual reporting requirements such as the National Pollutant Release Inventory and the Green House Gas regulations; and air pollution control and management. I have developed particular expertise in the assessment and management of nuisance impacts including fugitive dust/opacity and odours from various industrial facilities including cement, aggregate; waste management and material recycling operations. My work includes developing practical and effective best management practices and procedures, and public communication.
