As the Program Director Physician Services Quality at Independence Physician Management (IPM), I oversee the quality improvement initiatives for physician services across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, as well as alignment with organizational goals and strategies. I leverage my expertise in data analytics, clinical quality, and contract negotiations to design and implement medical value programs, such as Accountable Care Arrangement primary care models, that improve the quality and efficiency of care delivery, while reducing costs and risks.
