About Bridget Rogers

After working in various roles within the hospitality and alcohol sales industry since 18 years of age, I have a thorough understanding of the industry. I pride myself in the coaching and development of my team. Fostering a great team culture and growing each individual. Having a strong premium portfolio where brand building is fundamental is what drives me to achieve results. With great sales results over a number of years as State Manager in addition to increasing brand awareness and brand equity has had me enjoying some success in this role. My passion is around team leadership and developing sales strategies to achieve budget, for brand awareness or drink strategies to succeed in the market. I pride myself on collaborating internally to achieve overall success. I enjoy strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry along with customers. Like many, this industry has captivated me. Accidentally falling into it and enjoying it all as it’s changed over the years.
