By working with the ‘whole person’:~Breathcoaching - where I interpret a dysfunctional breathing pattern to reveal underlying emotional issues;~Mindfulness-Based Coaching - where my questioning brings insight & truthfulness;~Yoga & meditation - which I use to help people reconnect to a sense of self that is often lost.~Art - in the form of live-sketching during online coaching sessions to help give shape to future goals.
